Cadisch Screen Printing
Quality starts with the mesh. Since the 1960s, we've partnered with Japan's NBC Industries for high modulus polyester monofilament mesh complemented by Kissel and Wolf GmbH stencil making products.
The result is no degreasing needed, better surface tension, superior dimensional stability and sharper fine line and halftone printing, all ISO9002 certified. Trusted for precision printing on circuit boards, fascia panels, ceramics, glass and large format graphics, backed by a family business since 1883.

Why Choose Us?
Newsuper surface treatment cuts particle contact area at the submicron level, a cleaner release than untreated mesh gives you, with less tension loss and tighter dimensional accuracy over a full run.

Smoother
Modified mesh reduces submicron particle contact, sharpening halftone dot edges.
Less Tension Loss
Improved heat-setting and quality control maintain tension through long print runs.

Better Accuracy
Submicron surface changes cut mesh contact, yielding sharper dot edges.

Smoother Paint & Ink Transition
The modified mesh surface reduces the contact area between paste or ink particles and the mesh at the submicron level. That improves transition through the mesh and sharpens print resolution. Put α series next to standard mesh at the same tone and Lpi and the difference shows up exactly where it matters most, the edge of a halftone dot.
α Series - NEWSUPER Treated
Even dot edge, consistent diameter.

Standard mesh - Untreated
Irregular edges and size drifting.

Minimized screen tension loss
Tension retained from stretching through seven days of release and into printing, a_UX120-035/305PW against the equivalent standard mesh.

Further improved dimensional accuracy
Gap between the 300x300mm screen image and the printed result, tracked from before printing to the 3,000th print.

The α series of NBC modulus polyester mesh is further improved by an optimized heat setting process and rigorous quality control system to minimize screen tension loss after stretching and printing process. The below diagram shows the comparison data in tension loss between the α series and our competitors mesh.
