AquaArt Water-Based Screen Printing Ink

A versatile, user-friendly, water-based ink system for fine art and poster printing. Solvent-free and low odour, with screen-stable, high-definition inks that run on most screen presses.

Pack includes: White, Black, Green, Blue, Yellow and Red. (If a colour is unavailable, it will be substituted with another.)

Substrates: Paper, display board, corrugated board and fine art papers (over 120gsm).

Mesh: 79-140 polyester for most applications.

Printing

• Mix thoroughly before use.

• Thin as needed for proper ink flow (see Additives).

• Keep ink at 18-32°C (65-90°F). Cooler temperatures thicken the ink and impair flow. Warmer temperatures reduce print definition, film thickness and opacity.

Drying

• Air dry: 20-30 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.

• Jet dry: 66-77°C for about 30-45 seconds at maximum air flow. Allow adequate cooling to avoid blocking when stacked.
